FAQ
Questions
The weak points are in here too.
Why are there no credits?
The model that writes and the model that draws both run on your Mac. An episode costs us nothing, so there is no reason to count them.
What do I need?
An Apple silicon Mac (a MacBook Pro is recommended) with 16 GB of memory or more and macOS 14 or later. The models, about 14~21 GB, are downloaded once. With 24 GB or more the app uses a larger writing model, and the scripts get better.
How long does an episode take?
On the reference Mac a cover and 10 panels took 38–51 minutes. It is not an instant tool: you leave it on while you do something else, or while you sleep.
Is my webtoon uploaded anywhere?
No. The material, the script, the art and the finished comic stay on your Mac. The server knows your sign-in and plan, and usage statistics only if you allow them.
Can I use it if I cannot draw?
Yes. It makes the story, the art and the lettering. If you want, describe your own character's looks and personality in words and keep it fixed.
What is it weak at?
Quiet genres. In the script check, healing and slow-burn romance passed less often than the others. Panels where several figures interact, like a fight, are also redrawn more often.
Are the expressions subtle?
No. Clear expressions such as shock, anger and tears come out well; fine acting does not. That suits the exaggerated faces of webtoons.
Does it run on an 8 GB Mac or on Windows?
Not yet. Only Apple silicon Macs with 16 GB of memory or more are supported. A 16 GB Mac uses the smaller writing model; 24 GB and up use the larger one.
Is it made by AI? What about copyright?
Yes, all art and stories are made by AI, and the post caption carries an AI-comic tag. Work made by AI alone may not be protected by copyright in some countries.
Does it draw real people or existing works?
No. The app discards scripts about real people, sexual acts, self-harm or real tragedies. Parody borrows the situation only, never titles or names.
Can I change the result?
You can remake an episode or continue it into the next one. There is no editor for a single panel yet.
Can I see what it is doing while it works?
Yes. It shows which of four steps it is on (today's topics, story face-off, drawing, bubbles and cover), the whole run as a percentage, and the minutes left. The minutes are an estimate from the pace so far. Each panel appears as it is drawn, and a Mac notification arrives at the end.
What happens on first launch?
First it asks you to confirm you are 17 or older. Then it shows the models that fit this Mac's memory, the download size and the free disk space, and starts downloading only when you press the button. If the download is interrupted, it resumes when you open the app again.
What is different between a 16 GB and a 24 GB Mac?
The model that writes the script. 24 GB and up uses the large one (about 16 GB); 16 GB uses a light one (about 9 GB). The light model also finishes an episode, but its dialogue was plainer and it had to rewrite more often. The drawing model is the same.
What if a result is off?
Every webtoon has a Report button in its viewer. It deletes that webtoon from your Mac and sends only the genre and settings that produced it. The art and the script are never sent.
